Monika Bulanda is a versatile musician who blends different styles, from jazz and world music to electronic genres. Born in Krakow, Poland, she is a graduate of the Katowice Music Academy, where she specialized in jazz drumming. Over the years, Monika has extensively performed internationally with nearly 100 bands, playing drums and percussion before focusing on her own projects.
Her international career has taken her from Poland to China and finally to Türkiye, where she collaborated with top local musicians in jazz, pop, and club performances.
Known for her stage performances with top Turkish pop singers, including Kenan Doğulu, Ajda Pekkan, Mustafa Sandal, and Mabel Matiz, Monika is a well-established figure in Turkish show business.
Monika’s music reflects her passion for pushing musical boundaries and connecting cultures. Subtly enhancing her multidimensional personality is the fact that she speaks five languages, a skill that deepens her connection with the cultures she engages with through her art. As a performer and bandleader, her live shows are known for their energy and diversity. Monika is also a professional visual artist and multidisciplinary artist, further enriching her creative expression.
